Job summary
DYNAMIC EQUO DISTRIBUTION SDN. BHD. is seeking a diligent Sales Support Assistant in Kuala Lumpur to prepare invoices, sales orders and delivery orders using AutoCount, and to reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, messages and phone calls.
You will process and follow up on customer orders, provide daily support to the Sales Team, and help ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced FMCG distribution environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG / Food Distribution is preferred.
- Familiar with AutoCount is an advantage.
- Good communication & customer service skills.
- Responsible, organized & detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
