Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations based on customer specifications and technical requirements.

Process customer orders and generate Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices.

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Liaise closely with the production team to monitor order progress and ensure meet customer delivery dates.

Assist in coordinating and supporting local and overseas exhibitions as needed.

Ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

Experience working in precision engineering industries is highly preferred (or having a relevant engineering background).

Must be fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) to communicate smoothly with our clients from China.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong communication skills, able to handle fast-paced coordination and high responsibility.
