Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Performance Coach focused on Seller Activation, Product Activation, Segment Activation and Campaign Activation. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the financial industry, specifically in insurance product & sales & academy training.
• Agile ways of working; CFP/RFP certification will be strong advantage.
• Must be mobile and willing to travel frequently within Klang Valley.
• Strong Leadership Management skill; independent, proactive and sales-result driven.

Responsibilities

• Engage with bank partners to gather needs and plan actions to support product buy-in.
• Provide inputs on products, market trends and new product concepts.
• Design and monitor rollout of sales tools to support products.
• Analyze product sales data to develop training strategies for sales performance.
• Collaborate with PD Business Academy and cross-functional teams to improve training content and impact.
