AIA Malaysia is seeking a data-driven professional to support Performance & Incentive Enablement for Partnership Distribution. You will develop dashboards, analyze trends and assist in target-setting to drive sales productivity and profitability.

The role focuses on governance, reporting accuracy, and delivering insights to management to improve business outcomes across banca F2F and credit life segments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, math, actuarial, data analytics or related discipline; non-degree with relevant experience considered.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in performance management, analytics, sales reporting, incentive management or distribution management.
• Certifications/licenses not required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards and reports to monitor Partnership Distribution performance and key metrics.
• Analyze sales trends and channel performance to provide actionable recommendations.
• Support target-setting, planning and forecasting with performance insights.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc performance reports for leadership reviews.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting activities.
