Job summary

AIA is seeking a Sales Performance Coach in Kuala Lumpur to lead activation initiatives across Seller groups, coach sales leaders, and ensure training aligns with business goals. The role emphasizes data-driven coaching, budgeting, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to improve productivity.

As part of the People & Development function, you will build leadership capabilities, manage programs, and drive continuous improvement in sales performance and learning experiences

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership coaching and development strategies.
• Ability to analyze sales performance data and identify trends.
• Manage training budgets and external training providers.

Responsibilities

• Coach Sales Team to improve productivity and activation.
• Lead PD Sales Academy to support short/medium/long-term business aims.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training with business goals and assess effectiveness.
• Manage third-party training providers and contracts to ensure objectives are met.
• Drive activation initiatives across Seller groups including seminars and events.
• Monitor and report on training ROI and impact on sales performance.
