SC ENGINEERING PACKING & MACHINERY MOVING SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD in Malaysia seeks a Safety Administrator to maintain up-to-date safety records, incidents, inspections, trainings and compliance documentation across the organization.

You will enter data into databases, prepare reports for management, coordinate safety meetings and training, manage PPE inventory, and monitor DOSH/JKKP submissions. The role requires 2 years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant safety experience is preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Able to work independently with people at all levels and also collaborate in a team.
• Willingness to travel is required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate safety records, incidents, inspections, trainings and compliance data.
• Enter and maintain safety data in databases and spreadsheets.
• Prepare and generate safety performance reports for management review.
• Coordinate safety meetings, agendas, minutes and records.
• Coordinate safety training sessions, materials, venue and attendance records.
• Manage PPE and safety equipment inventory and distribution.
• Communicate safety information in line with company policies.
• Coordinate safety inspections, documentation and resource planning.
• Track corrective actions from inspections, audits and incidents until completion.
• Organize electronic and physical safety files and keep DOSH/JKKP documents up to date.
