About the role

LEE THONG HUNG TRADING & TRANSPORT SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented and experienced Safety Executive to join our team in Kulai, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and operations within the Road Transport industry.

What you'll be doing

Develop, implement and monitor comprehensive safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations to identify and mitigate potential hazards

Provide safety training and awareness programmes to educate employees on best practices and safety protocols

Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety performance and drive a strong safety culture

Maintain detailed records and documentation related to safety activities and performance metrics

Identify areas for improvement and implement effective safety initiatives to continuously enhance our safety standards

What we're looking for
