Job summary

Epicor is seeking a technical support professional in Malaysia to diagnose and resolve complex system issues across SaaS platforms. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat, document resolutions, and ensure knowledge base articles are updated.

Strong problem solving and programming basics are preferred, with experience in SaaS or e-commerce environments. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous learning within a global, customer-centric support

Qualifications

• 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• Industry knowledge/experience

Responsibilities

• Diagnose technical and system problems via phone, email or chat.
• Document issues thoroughly and escalate when necessary.
• Troubleshoot client-server software issues involving SQL, web servers, payment terminals, printers, and mobile devices.
• Assist with system setup, configuration, and integration tools used for customization and integration.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs.
