Job summary

LITTLELIVES (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Finance Executive in Kuala Lumpur to manage billing operations, AR, SaaS revenue reporting (MRR/NRR), and period-end closing for Malaysia and Indonesia. You will coordinate with external auditors and tax/regulatory authorities to ensure statutory compliance.

Ideal candidate: a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance, 3–5 years’ experience, strong English, and advanced Excel skills with experience in cloud accounting software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or possess relevant professional qualifications.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in general accounting or financial management.
• Mandatory: Managing Malaysian Entities and liaising with External Auditors and Tax Consultants.
• Experience in SaaS/Software companies or multinational corporate environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Billing Operations & Revenue Control for Malaysia & Indonesia.
• Execute end-to-end monthly billing operations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare audit schedules, liaise with auditors, and ensure smooth statutory audits.
• Coordinate with Tax Consultants for Form C, WHT, and tax adjustments.
• Prepare regular billing and revenue reports for leadership and FP&A.
• Monitor AR aging, support collection efforts, and resolve customer queries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing including journal entries and reconciliations.
