Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior RTR professional to lead accounting operations, ensure IFRS-compliant reporting, and drive KPI-driven performance across APAC. You will manage a sizeable team, collaborate with regional and global ICs, and optimize processes for accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 8+ years RTR experience in APAC, and proficiency with Oracle Cloud.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of RTR experience in APAC region with strong accounting knowledge.
Experience managing SLAs and KPIs within finance department.
Experience with Oracle Cloud preferred.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain general accounts and financial data per Group Policy & IFRS; document deviations.
Provide valid, accurate financial reporting and analysis of results.
Close period end with timely updates for all countries in scope.
Collaborate with global ICs to ensure controls are performed and remediated.
Identify and implement process improvements and policy enhancements.
Support new activities and transitions; ensure KPIs are delivered.
Act as SME in Accounting processes and provide technical support.
Supervise a sizable team (10+ members) within the cluster or country.
