Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst for Record to Report (RTR) to manage end-to-end RTR activities for the CBRE division. You will perform month-end closings, journal entries, reconciliations and produce timely financial reports with strong controls.

The role requires 1–2 years in RTR or shared services, solid Excel skills, IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, and English proficiency. Hybrid working arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting; professional qualifications welcome.
• 1–2 years in RTR or shared services environment.
• Strong Excel skills; IFRS/US GAAP knowledge.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Familiar with SOX controls.
• ERP experience with iScala or PeopleSoft is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate and execute month-end closing tasks including journal entries.
• Prepare and post prepayments, accruals, provisions, allocations and fixed assets.
• Submit monthly reporting and performance commentaries.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations timely.
• Produce monthly/quarterly/ad hoc financial reports for CBRE division.
• Address stakeholder queries promptly and collaborate with SSC.
• Support audits and monitor internal controls (SOX).
• Contribute to process improvements and standardization.
