Job summary

You will automate processes using UiPath, collaborate with business teams, analyse requirements, and implement end-to-end robotic solutions while maintaining clear documentation and audit trails.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development and implementation.
• Strong programming skills in RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Proficient in process analysis, process design, and process optimisation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand and address their automation needs.
• Familiarity with financial services industry processes and regulations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Automate business processes using RPA technology (UiPath) ranging from Simple to Complex processes.
• Provide recommendations on Best Development Practices and implementation solutions for RPA.
• Work with business teams to understand requirements, analyse and assess automation feasibility.
• Develop, test and implement in-scope processes.
• Support existing bots and implement change requests.
• Manage robotics projects end to end with appropriate controls and documentation.
