Job summary

• Proven experience in IT development lifecycle and RPA initiatives.
• Hands-on with UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere.
• Experience with .NET development and MS SQL.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support RPA initiatives with team and process owners.
• Provide effective support to Head of RPA for smooth department operations.
• Design and implement RPA/OCR improvements across functions and locations.
• Create and maintain RPA process documentation per COE governance.
