Job summary

MOXY Putrajaya is seeking a passionate Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor (Rooms) to lead the Housekeeping Crew and ensure every guest room meets the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.

You'll oversee daily room operations, inspect guestrooms, coordinate readiness, and work with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Minimum 1 year in housekeeping and 1 year in a supervisory role are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Housekeeping experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guestrooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Oversee daily room operations and coordinate readiness with other teams.
• Support training, scheduling, and motivation of the housekeeping crew.
• Communicate updates during shift handovers and with Front Office.
• Identify maintenance concerns and safety hazards for follow-up.
• Ensure rooms are guest-ready and meet quality expectations.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry for smooth operations.
• Complete daily inspections, reports, and operational documentation.
