Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a contract-based On-site Robotics Support Specialist to provide warranty and post-warranty service for our automotive, electronics, and semiconductor clients. You will perform on-site safety assessments, handle customer communications, and support problem solving with manufacturing and quality teams.

Requires University degree in electrical or related field, at least 2 years robotics experience (KUKA a plus), fluency in English and Chinese, strong

Qualifications

• University degree or above in a related electrical field.
• Minimum 2 years of robotics work experience; KUKA experience is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (listening and speaking).
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site warranty support and resolution of quality issues for robotic services.
• Handle customer service and case management for out-of-warranty robots.
• Conduct on-site safety risk assessments and assist safety officer activities.
• Manage customer communications and on-site emergency handling.
• Arrange and manage usage of equipment, tools, and materials.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers.
• Prepare on-site work feedback and summary reports.
• Assist manufacturing and quality teams in on-site problem solving.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible
