Qualifications

• Proven dexterity with hand controllers and fine-motor skills.
• Ability to maintain focus during repetitive operation sessions.
• Comfort with computers and multi-monitor setups.
• Accurate data logging and adherence to SOPs.
• Based in or near Kuala Lumpur; on-site work Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00.

We are hiring an on-site Robot Teleoperator in Kuala Lumpur on a contract basis.

In this role, you will operate advanced robotic systems in real-time using controllers, VR headsets, and cameras. You will execute daily operational tasks, conduct testing scenarios, and log data to help train and refine our robotic hardware and AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

Operate Robots: Teleoperate robotic systems using controllers, VR headsets, and live camera feeds with high accuracy.

Execute Tests & Tasks: Run routine motion sequences, test protocols, and simulated task scenarios.

Data Logging: Collect, label, and log operational session data accurately.

Setup & Safety: Assist with environment prep, system calibration, startup checks, and maintain safety protocols.

Feedback: Report hardware glitches, interface latency, or usability issues to engineers.

What We Are Looking For

Strong Dexterity & Coordination: Gamer/simulator background, drone/RC hobbyist experience, or high comfort with hand controllers.

High Focus & Discipline: Able to maintain high concentration during long, repetitive operating sessions.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers, multi-monitor setups, and hardware control interfaces.

Reliable & Punctual: Strictly adheres to operating hours, safety guidelines, and SOPs.

On-Site Requirement: Must be based in/near Kuala Lumpur and able to work on-site Mon–Fri (10 AM – 7 PM).
