Job summary

Genting Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Robotics Maintenance Engineer to conduct daily inspections of robots and electrical systems, perform regular maintenance, and install, configure, and debug robotics systems. The role requires hands-on fault diagnosis, documentation of issues, and on-site standby support during performances.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in electronics/automation/computer science and 1+ year experience with robots or intelligent equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in electronics, automation, computer science, or related fields.
• 1+ year experience in robot or intelligent equipment maintenance (performance robots preferred).
• Familiarity with Ubuntu/ROS2 and proficiency in C++ or Python.
• Strong hands-on skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work shifts or emergency repairs.
