Job summary
PROBASE MANUFACTURING SDN BHD in Johor Bahru seeks a Site QC Engineer to lead quality assurance on road construction projects. The role requires inspecting sites, supporting kick-off design reviews, and coordinating material testing with clients and contractors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Site QC Engineer in road construction.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia; 100% travel preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site quality inspections and QA activities per specs and standards.
- Visit sites for new projects; provide design and technical support during kick-off meetings.
- Support final inspections and project handover with clients.
- Perform material inspections, site testing, and quality documentation.
- Assist project team in resolving technical and quality issues.
- Prepare quality reports and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Support training and ensure proper construction procedures are followed on site.
