Job summary

Venture Electronics Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas invites applications for a RMA Co-Ordinator Executive. The role focuses on authorising RMAs, coordinating returns and repairs, and ensuring accurate inventory.

You will work with internal teams and customers to meet service levels and maintain compliance with SOPs. The position requires a degree or diploma in Business/Logistics/Engineering and 3+ years in warehousing/inventory, with strong MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Management or Logistics or Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Warehousing and Inventory activities (SAP/LMW) in manufacturing environments.
• MS Excel proficiency and strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Authorise and coordinate RMA return to Keysight Business unit and other CM related to Keysight.
• Ensure all RMA material is processed and transacted into the system.
• Coordinate repair returns to meet customer expectations within TAT.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams about RMA units.
• Manage RMA inventory and maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
• Claim charges from customers for RMA repairs.
• Coordinate processes to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to SOPs.

We’re looking to add a RMA Co-Ordinator Executive in Bayan Lepas plant.

As a RMA Co-Ordinator Executive, You will:

• Authorise and coordinate RMA return to Keysight Business unit and other CM associated with Keysight Business.
• Ensure all RMA return material are processed and transacted into system accordingly.
• Coordinate Repair return to meet customer expectation within TAT.
• Liaise with Customer and internal team about RMA units.
• Manage RMA Inventory and meet 100% inventory accuracy.
• Claim all charges from customer accordingly for RMA repair carried out by Venture.
• Manage coordination process to ensure customer satisfaction which may involve inventory control, 5S and execution according to SOP are adhered to among others.
• Administrative Task of generating performance report,activities report etc.
• To provide support and adequate resources to ensure compliance with Environmental , Health and Safety (EHS) requirements as well as other ISO system requirement.
• To take up additional responsibility as and when required.

Education:

• A Degree or Diploma in Business Management or Logistics or Engineering background with minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
• Experience in Warehousing and Inventory activities (SAP/LMW Processes) in manufacturing organisation or an equivalent combination of education,training and or work experience.
