Act as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.

Handle employee grievances, conflicts, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns professionally and fairly.

Leverage HR technology and digital tools to improve HR efficiency and employee experience.

Continuously improve HR processes to support a modern and technology-driven workplace.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
