Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated F&B Intern to join the team in Kuala Lumpur. This internship offers hands-on experience in food and beverage operations while developing customer service, teamwork, and hospitality skills.

You will assist with daily operations, greet customers, take orders, prepare beverages, and help maintain a clean, hygienic environment. Training and mentorship are provided, with potential for future full-time employment based on performance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed certificate, diploma, or degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Tourism, Business, or related field.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily food and beverage operations.
• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders and ensure accurate order processing.
• Prepare beverages and assist with basic food preparation (where applicable).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas.
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory organization.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures.
• Support the team with other operational duties as assigned.
