Job summary

Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara seeks a seasoned risk management professional to localize group risk policies and implement operational risk management across all units. You will develop and report on the enterprise risk management framework, ensuring top risks are identified, quantified and mitigated.

Qualifications

• Strong technical risk management knowledge and proven ability in developing and implementing practical risk management processes and frameworks.
• Knowledge of prevailing corporate governance requirements.
• Experience in ERM & knowledge of Risk Management Standards such as ISO 31000.
• Effective people management and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Localize and implement Group risk policies and operating models.
• Develop, review and report on the enterprise risk management framework.
• Prepare Risk & Governance Committee reporting.
• Identify risks and indicators in risk reporting and monitoring with mitigation plans.
• Manage operational risks (Tier 1 & 2) and top emerging risks with mitigation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance and Integrity Unit on integrated risk management and risk assessment processes.
• Develop outreach to embed risk management culture and awareness.
• Create operational risk reporting/dashboards and communicate risk events to stakeholders.
