The ideal candidate has over 15 years of experience in Safety & Risk Engineering and holds relevant engineering degrees.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Safety & Risk Engineering with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and driving business growth.
• Strong experience in business development, client engagement, and strategic account management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute ERM's regional strategy for Safety & Risk services.
• Lead business development initiatives for large-scale projects.
• Provide executive oversight for high-profile technical safety projects.
