Job summary

Shang Height Realty Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to lead architectural design and development of our property projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams to ensure designs meet development objectives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, 8–10 years of relevant experience, and professional registration or progress toward it.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Registered Architect or progressing toward registration preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in property development or architectural consultancy.
• Experience with residential/high-rise/commercial development is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of planning approvals and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development from concept through construction and completion.
• Review drawings, specifications, materials, and design proposals for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects, QS and other consultants.
• Manage consultants’ design deliverables, timelines, submissions and performance.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and project team members.
