Job summary

Checkpoint Systems Sales (M) Sdn. Bhd., located in Kepong, seeks a motivated Business Development Executive to promote RFID, MV, In-Store Analytics, and EAS solutions. You will work with customers to understand needs, demonstrate products, and train users.

You will engage with internal teams to ensure smooth solution delivery, assist with demonstrations, and build long-term relationships to drive revenue growth. Fresh graduates are welcome and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused and eager to learn new technologies.
• Own transport and willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell RFID, In-Store Analytics, and EAS solutions to new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products and solutions.
• Assist in product demonstrations, presentations, and customer training sessions.
• Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to support solution implementation.
• Support basic RFID system setup, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits as needed.
• Coordinate inquiries with relevant departments for after-sales support.
