Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. is seeking an RF Engineer II in Malaysia to sustain and enhance existing RF products. You will work on design, validation, testing, and documentation, applying research techniques to verify concepts and ensure performance.

You will review production RF designs, address failures, and lead improvement efforts. A bachelor’s or master’s in electrical engineering is required, with 3–4 years of related experience in engineering roles.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of RF circuits, power electronics, and RF test systems.
• Ability to use analytical methods and measurement tools to verify designs.
• Experience collaborating across engineering functions to scope projects.

Responsibilities

• Support design and analysis of RF systems to meet specs, cost, schedule, and quality goals.
• Review RF Match and RF Generator designs and become expert on functionality and performance.
• Diagnose issues and perform root cause analysis with corrective actions and verification.
