mnosys sdn bhd in Penang is seeking an experienced RF layout design engineer to drive layout from scratch and verify with Cadence Virtuoso and Mentor Calibre. You will lead RF IP layouts (LNA, Mixer, PA, VCO) for WLAN/BT and guide junior engineers to ensure on-time delivery.

We require 8–15 years in RF layout, deep knowledge of analog layout concepts in submicron CMOS, and strong problem-solving skills to optimize matching, parasitics, ESD, and DFM.

Qualifications

• RF layout experience required (8–15 years).
• Hands-on RF layout from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of RF modules and subcircuits.

Responsabilités

• Participate in RF circuit layout block/IP/chip floor planning from scratch.
• Lead the physical layout of RF IP with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct layout reviews and resolve violations.
