Job summary

Chronos Agency in Malaysia seeks a Retention Marketing Strategist to lead data-driven campaigns, own client outcomes, and steer a client-delivery pod including activations, design, and copy. You will craft retention strategies, manage performance against KPIs, and communicate insights to clients, driving growth through upsell and thoughtful leadership.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide briefs, and optimize flows to maximise Net Revenue Retention and client success.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in email/SMS/push marketing or client-strategy roles.
• Experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or creative agency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own account performance against revenue forecasts and retention KPIs.
• Lead pod delivery and coordinate activations, design, and copy.
• Communicate proactively with clients and translate retention data to business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain a living plan for each account and prioritise high-leverage actions.
• Ensure brand voice consistency and alignment across all flows and campaigns.
