ANTA Retail Trainee Programme is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in sports retail and leadership. You will start on the store floor to understand the business from the ground up, then advance to oversee sales performance, products, people and store operations.

With strong performance, you may progress to a Store Manager role within 6–12 months. Fresh graduates are welcome, and Mandarin language is an additional advantage.

Formación

• Diploma / Degree or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Retail, sales or customer service experience is an advantage
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Mandarin-speaking is an additional advantage

Responsabilidades

• Start from the store floor to understand the business from the ground up.
• As you progress, you will move beyond daily sales duties and take ownership of sales performance, products, people and store operations.
• With strong performance and readiness, you will have the opportunity to progress towards a Store Manager role within 6–12 months.
