Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad in Malaysia invites fresh graduates to join its Retail Management Trainee Program. You will rotate through cashiering, stock management and product knowledge while learning store operations, supervision and essential admin skills.

The program includes on-the-job training and mentorship from senior leaders to accelerate your career. Upon successful completion of the 6-month training, you will become permanent staff and be promoted to Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in English and Malay (spoken and written).
• Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Gain expertise through comprehensive rotations: Cashiering, Stock Management, and Product knowledge.
• Learn Store Management and Supervision, plus essential Admin skills.
• Receive on-the-job training and mentorship from senior leadership.
