Job summary

Sport Planet Warehouse Outlet in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Management Trainee to learn store operations, supervise staff, and contribute to sales targets while delivering top customer service. The role offers hands-on management development across retail functions in a dynamic outlet environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome; diploma/degree in Business or Retail is preferred. You will work six days a week on shifts, gaining exposure to all retail disciplines and leadership pathways.

• Gain hands-on experience in different areas of retail management and prepare for future leadership opportunities.
