Responsibilities

• Undergo comprehensive training in sales, customer service and retail operations.
• Gain practical experience in store opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Analyse daily and weekly sales reports to monitor performance.
• Identify opportunities and suggest strategies to improve sales and promotions.
• Support implementation of sales initiatives and promotions.
• Lead, guide and motivate Sales Assistant team.
• Assist in preparing staff rosters and schedules.
• Monitor team discipline, attendance and performance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
