Job summary

Private Advertiser in Tawau is seeking a dedicated Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, implement sales strategies, and run promotional activities while ensuring store standards.

You will lead and motivate a small sales team, maintain accurate inventory, handle customer inquiries professionally, and ensure attractive merchandising aligned with campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail or related field experience.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• Proficient English and Bahasa Malaysia; strong leadership and communication skills.
