Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring for retail outlets in the Perak region. We seek individuals with an SPM qualification or relevant retail experience who can communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and who are willing to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Even if you lack formal retail experience, a positive working attitude is encouraged. You must have own transport and be willing to relocate to other locations as required.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification or retail experience required.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store operations comply with company policies and standards.
• Forecast, plan, order and stock merchandise to maintain stock availability.
• Utilise staff efficiently within the retail operations department to achieve objectives.
• Promote professionalism within the retail operations team.
• Guide store activities and ensure orders and processes run smoothly.
• In the absence of the Store Manager, deputies to manage the store.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety and housekeeping.
• Undertakes other tasks as required by superiors.
