Job summary

PUMA is seeking a results-driven Retail Store Manager for our Kuala Lumpur store. You will lead a team, drive sales and profitability, ensure superior customer experiences, and manage training, recruitment, and scheduling.

Travel for store openings or closings may be required and you will uphold PUMA standards across visual directives and store maintenance. The role requires 2–4 years of retail management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of management experience in a customer service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
• Strong interpersonal, communication and motivational skills.
• PC-skills, MS-Office Knowledge, Lotus Notes, Internet.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals.
• Guarantee high standards of customer experience within the Store.
• Responsible for recruitment, training, development and succession of Associates
• Manage payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability while providing service.
• Ensure implementation of training programs and loss prevention education.
• Execute and manage merchandise receiving, handling, and loss prevention compliance.
