Job summary

Harvey Norman Malaysia invites applications for a Store Manager role to lead a sales team, drive KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service in a busy electrical, computer and furniture store. You will oversee merchandising, promotions and inventory, while coaching staff to achieve targets and maintain store standards.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Retail Management or related field, with at least 3 years in retail and one year in a leadership position; weekend work and strong Bahasa

• Minimum 3 years related experience in a retail environment with at least one year of managerial experience.
• Willing to work on weekends with duty roster arrangements.

Role Description

This is a store management role, for which you will manage a team of sale staff and promoters, drive them towards achieving sales target and KPIs set forth by the company. The Retail Store Manager are also expected to effectively manage the store operations not limiting to store display merchandising, inventory replenishment, executing sales promotions and promoting good customer service. You should be a current Store Manager or experienced Second In-Charge, have a strong retail background in electrical products, have the experience and leadership skills to lead, train and motivate a team of salespeople. Good understanding of retail business with proven track record in growing and managing a business.

Job Requirements
