Responsibilities

• Drive store performance to meet and exceed sales and service KPIs by monitoring daily metrics and motivating the team.
• Lead, coach, and develop the store team through regular training sessions and performance reviews.
• Manage store operations including inventory control, cash handling, and compliance checks.
• Execute sales and service strategies by training staff on product demos and upselling techniques.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, security policies, and audit requirements through daily checklists and briefings.
• Create a customer-centric environment by gathering feedback via surveys and implementing quick fixes.

To lead the Maxis Centre (Eko Cheras), focusing on delivering an unmatched customer experience. This role manages overall store performance, drives operational excellence, and develops the team to create a great service and high-performance culture.1. Drive store performance to meet and exceed sales and service KPIs (e.g., revenue targets, customer satisfaction scores) by monitoring daily metrics, implementing action plans, and motivating the team to achieve monthly goals.2. Lead, coach, and develop the store team through regular training sessions and performance reviews, fostering a positive culture that improves retention rates and individual target achievement.3. Manage store operations including inventory control (stock levels, replenishment), cash handling (daily reconciliations), and compliance checks, ensuring zero discrepancies and smooth daily functioning.4. Execute sales and service strategies by training staff on product demos and upselling techniques, enhancing customer experience scores and driving repeat visits and revenue growth.5. Ensure adherence to company SOPs, security policies, and audit requirements through daily checklists and team briefings, achieving 100% compliance in all internal audits.6.
