Job summary

Luxury Careers Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Aeon Kota Bahru to lead the sales team, drive store performance, and ensure an outstanding customer experience at all times.

You will oversee daily operations, staff coaching, visual merchandising, stock management, and adherence to SOPs, while promoting a positive shopping environment and delivering sales targets in a bustling retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive sales performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Drive store performance by monitoring KPIs such as conversion rate, UPT, and ATV.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience at all times.
• Handle daily operations and overall store management.
• Coach and guide team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are consistently maintained.
• Oversee stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints professionally, and manage escalations.
• Ensure team compliance with SOPs, grooming standards, and company policies.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
