Job summary

Luxury Careers Pte. Ltd. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager / Retail Supervisor for Aman Central to lead daily retail operations and coach a dynamic sales team in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive sales, monitor KPIs, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain visual merchandising standards while managing stock, scheduling, and staff development in line with company SOPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive sales performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Professional appearance and well-groomed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Drive store performance by monitoring KPIs such as conversion rate, UPT, and ATV.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience at all times.
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and overall store management.
• Coach and guide team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are consistently maintained.
• Oversee stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints professionally, and manage escalations.
• Ensure team compliance with SOPs, grooming standards, and company policies.
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
