Job summary

Crystal Corner Suria KLCC is recruiting for a Retail Sales Advisor. Join Malaysia's premier crystal retailer to guide customers, suggest appropriate products, and deliver memorable shopping experiences.

Training and support are provided as you build product knowledge in crystals and jewellery. We welcome fresh grads and those with 1–3 years in retail; strong communication in English and Malay is essential, with Mandarin or Chinese dialects as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail sales experience or fresh grads welcome.
• Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin/Chinese dialects are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Build strong product knowledge of crystals and jewellery.

Willing to learn about crystals and continuously expand product knowledge.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English and Malay. Mandarin or Chinese dialects are an added advantage.
