Job summary

GT MART Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a store operations assistant to ensure stock accuracy during loading/unloading and to maintain store standards and daily outlet operations. You will provide and sustain high-level customer service, compile reports, and submit them to management.

The role involves recognizing sales opportunities with upsell or cross-selling, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed. This position is on shift, with weekends and public holidays required, and candidates must possess

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least a SPM or above.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• On shift basis. Must be willing to work during weekends and public holidays.
• Possess own transport.
• Hardworking, discipline and punctual to work.
• Healthy and able to assist on physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to ensure accurate stock during loading and unloading goods.
• Provide and maintain high level of customer service.
• Responsible on stock counting, store standards & outlet's daily operation.
• Compiling reports and submit to management.
• Recognize sales opportunities when dealing with customers and be able maximize the sales by upsell or cross selling items.
• Other ad-hoc tasks related.
