Job summary

You will greet customers, create engaging short videos for social media (TikTok, Instagram) and support customers' digital adoption while developing strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Malay and English with strong communication skills.
• Currently studying and pursuing a degree; internship requires availability.
• Able to commute to designated CD Store and commit to 5-working-day schedule (9:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with non-sales transactions at CD Stores.
• Create short, engaging social media content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Support retail store activities and assist Retail Leader & Specialists as needed.
