Job summary

Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd is seeking a Store Renovation Project Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead end-to-end store renovations and rollout initiatives. You will ensure readiness, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget, quality, safety, and regulatory standards across multiple locations.

The role requires coordinating internal and external resources, standardising rollout processes, and managing vendors to sustain high-quality store environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute store renovations and rollout projects end-to-end with on-time, on-budget delivery, while ensuring quality, safety, compliance and risk mitigation.
• Establish standardised rollout guidelines and toolkits to enable fast, consistent, scalable store openings across multiple locations.
• Optimize internal and external resources to boost expansion velocity through capacity planning and prioritisation.
• Govern quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across construction with strong brand integrity and audits.
• Plan and monitor renovation budgets and vendors to ensure financial discipline and stakeholder satisfaction.
