Job summary

CelcomDigi is hiring a Retail Specialist to deliver high standards of sales and customer experience across outlets in Malaysia. You will conduct product demonstrations, engage customers, promote postpaid and prepaid offerings, and ensure service excellence. The role requires at least two years in telco or retail, strong communication in English, and tech-savvy skills.

Mandarin is a plus. You will work in a fast-paced environment, support store operations, and strive for top customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in Telco or retail industries preferred.
• Experience in showcasing and conducting product demonstrations preferred.
• Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills; strong English.
• Mandarin-speaking is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conducting product demonstrations and executing retail operations with effective sales techniques.
• Create conversations with customers to convert into sales opportunities (postpaid/prepaid) and advise on devices, VAS, and accessories.
• Maintain high standard retail outlet visuals and ensure service impression guidelines are followed.
• Provide accurate service, address inquiries, and resolve complaints to achieve high customer satisfaction and NPS.
• Involve in events or outside sales initiatives and share feedback with management for improvements.
