Job summary

Delima Emas Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an enthusiastic, responsible Sales Assistant to support daily mart operations and provide the best shopping experience.

You will greet customers, answer questions about products, operate the POS, handle stock from the factory, and prepare daily sales and stock reports. Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage; you should work well both independently and in a team, and be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, honest, disciplined and punctual.
• Willing to work according to shift schedule, weekends and public holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service.
• Provide information and answer questions about products.
• Operate POS and process sales accurately.
• Receive, check and stock incoming items from factory.
• Replenish shelves according to FIFO.
• Record and update daily inventory.
• Ensure products are in good condition and not expired.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mart.
• Prepare daily sales and stock reports.
• Carry out tasks as directed by management.
