Responsibilities include stock checks, replenishment, and reporting discrepancies, while maintaining high standards of customer service and health and safety in daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and understand their needs to assist with selecting New Era products.
• Provide accurate information on product features, sizes, colours, availability, and promotions.
• Process cash, credit/debit card, and other approved payments via POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store, sales floor, fitting areas, counters and stock areas.
• Replenish and arrange merchandise per visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock, damaged items or discrepancies.
