Job summary

Delima Emas Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an enthusiastic, responsible Sales Assistant to support daily mart operations and provide the best shopping experience.

You will greet customers, answer questions about products, operate the POS, handle stock from the factory, and prepare daily sales and stock reports. Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage; you should work well both independently and in a team, and be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service

Provide information and answer customer questions about products

Operate POS system and process sales transactions accurately

Receive, check and arrange stock received from the factory

Replenish stock on shelves according to FIFO principles

Record and update inventory daily

Ensure products are always in good condition and have not expired

Maintain cleanliness, neatness and organisation of the mart

Prepare daily sales and stock reports

Carry out other tasks directed by management from time to time

About you

Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage
