Job summary

Smartdeer Services Centre in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented sales associate to greet customers, understand needs, and drive sales performance.

You will handle sales records, inventory checks, reconciliation, daily tasks such as goods inspection, product display, replenishment, returns, and after-sales service, while keeping the store clean and organized. You may be assigned additional duties by supervisors.

• Receive customer inquiries, understand customer needs, and achieve sales.
• Responsible for sales records, inventory checks, account reconciliation, and other related work.
• Complete daily sales-related tasks such as incoming goods inspection, product display and arrangement, replenishment, returns, and after-sales service.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned area.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
