Job summary

Royal Selangor International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Malaysia to drive in-store sales targets, deliver high-level customer service, and assist customers with product information and gift ideas.

Responsibilities include product demonstrations, maintaining store presentation, processing quotations and orders, and inventory support. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia required; weekend/holiday shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate/Diploma in any field.
• Preferably with minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer skills.
• Dynamic, friendly and a team player.
• Able to work on rotating shift schedule including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales target given by superior
• Provide excellent customer services to enrich the customer shopping experience in retail stores
• Interact with customers by providing comprehensive product information and propose gift ideas to customers for any occasion
• Perform product articulations and demonstration to customers
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all merchandise are properly displayed
• Process sales quotations, orders and deliveries, handle inventory related works
