Job summary

Panda Eyes in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly retail associate for Time Square store. You will assist customers, maintain displays, and support daily store operations to ensure a welcoming shopping experience.

Requirements include at least SPM or equivalent, willingness to work Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, and good communication. Fashion retail experience is a plus; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fashion retail experience is an advantage.
• Friendly, responsible, and able to communicate well with customers.
• Flexible to work on shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holiday.
• Willing to work at Time Square / Time Square (Level 4) store.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform store opening cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, wiping windows and surfaces to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• Arrange and maintain product displays by ensuring all items are placed in the correct product sections and presented neatly.
• Restock display products when items are sold to maintain a full and tidy presentation.
• Assist customers by providing product information, making recommendations, and delivering friendly and attentive service throughout their visit.
• Learn and understand key selling points of all products in order to communicate benefits clearly to customers and drive sales.
• Other task will be assigned by the management.
• Support general store operations including basic stock checking, stock take and following instructions from the superior.
